BitTorrent No Incoming Connections yellow triangle

Hi, this was probably asked many times but i have a small yellow triangle in the lower left corner of my screen and when i hover my mouse over it, it says
"No incoming connections
Unless the icon turns green, it could indicate a problem with your internet network configuration."

That's not the problem. The problem is i can't figure what is wrong with my "internet network configuration". Everything works fine. I can seed, I can download and a private tor website tracks my data. How can I fix whatever is improperly configured or at the very least remove the yellow triangle?

Ok the post is informative. What does it mean?

If the icon never changes it means that you have to connect to them, as they can't connect to you.

And how do I connect to them?

It happens automatically, but you automatically get a lower priority for getting pieces due to not being reachable.
