Guest KBW
Since installing the latest version of BitTorrent it is no longer is my default download client. How do I re-establish that any torrents I want to download are done with BitTorrent? I have looked at file associations but this doesn't seem to have any affect. Instead up pops another downloader that I used to use. I still want BitTottent to download the file?
Harold Feit
Did you uninstall the other downloader? What browser did you use?
Guest KBW
My browser is either IE 9 or Chrome. I haven't uninstalled the other downloader because I was use to a screen message always popping up asking me 'Did I want BitTorrent as my default downloader'. So I didn't bother uninstalling anything. (I suppose it gave me a choice from time to time) But now BitTorrent does not assume any downloading at all. My torrents all download with BitComet! (There I've said it - sorry but that the other programme) They always co-existed quite happily together and I simply made sure BitTorrent was default. Now I have no choice?
