Guest doug Posted March 7, 2012 Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 I've tried uTorrent and now BitTorrent, both have the same adverse effect on my web browser(FireFox)it takes forever if at all for any web page to load. Most of the time I get "connecting...." forever, then "Server not found" please try again. Several thousand "try agains" later I might get something to come up. I have to remove BitTorrent from my PC in order for the web browser to work properly! I have checked and confirmed that I have an exception specific for BitTorrent in my firewall. I even shut down my firewall and removed all antivirus software and still the same....slowwwwwwwwwwwanybody else have this problem, better yet, anybody have a fix for me.Running Windows XP on an older gateway PC.
