Restarted bitlord and have lost everything

hi i restarted bitlord on my windows 10 lappy as it seemed to have stopped doing anything , when i restarted bitlord 2.4.5 it was empty i had 27 downloads about a 1/3 were seeding  when i looked in the download folder all the torrents were gone
