It just keeps freezing and slowing to a stop. I have Norton 360 if that is important. Is there any information you need me to show. Because I'll do it if you tell me.Thank you. It worked nicely but now it freezes continuously. I have Windows 7 64 bit, 16 GB RAM, 5 TB hard drive; Norton which accepts it, Windows allows it...I tried attaching the full info but I am sorry I could not.
