Steve40th Posted May 27, 2012 Report Posted May 27, 2012 No matter if I set it in preferences or and the actual torrent where you right click and adjust bandwidth, bittorent will not adjust. It stays at maximum. If I set it at 50k, it still goes to 250, 300 and above. So what is causing the program to disregard my settings. Version 7.6.1 WXP Pro and W7.
