Upload Limit not working

No matter if I set it in preferences or and the actual torrent where you right click and adjust bandwidth, bittorent will not adjust. It stays at maximum. If I set it at 50k, it still goes to 250, 300 and above. So what is causing the program to disregard my settings. Version 7.6.1 WXP Pro and W7.

Both sets (embedded AND links) are invalid. Register and attach to your post.

Well, i registered and tried but "The server returned an error during upload"; images are about 50K. Tried on chrome and IExplorer.

Please, try to copy the urls and paste in the browser address:

Preferences ---Bandwidth-----no of upload slots per torrent ---- set to 1 -----

If you are downloading multiple files then the limit you set for example 10kb/s will be set for all - so if you have 12 files, 12 x 10kbs = 120kb !
