My download speed used to be up to 1 Mb/s, now it's always around 450 Kb/s. So, I think, my provider is not the problem. I have to do something with BitTorrent Preferences. Unfortunately, I don't quite understand what to do with the Preferences, so I have changed them as listed in SLOW TRANSFER SPEEDS post. I'm not a specialist in these matters...I use ESET Smart Security 4 both as antivirus and firewall, all permissions for BiTorrent are open.And I'm sure that the problem is the new version of BiTorrent (7.6.1), for I have not changed anything else.Could you please help me to get my previous speed (up to 1 Mb\s)?Which data should I give?
