My download speeds fluctuate within BitTorrent (7.6.1) often now. They sometimes even drop to .1 KB/S. I have tried the changes on http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992#p258238 and nothing changed. My internet speeds are constant at 2.5 MB/s download, .7 MB/s upload. The torrent I'm trying to download has 929 seeds and 1941 peers, and I am connected to 33 seeds and 8 peers. I downloaded the same torrent a week ago in 1 hour (13.8 GB), and now my ETA is 1 year. Right now, as I type, the speeds are going up. Yup, they reached 988 kb/s, nope, dropping, 2 kb/s, now .3 kb/s.

I have reinstalled, downgraded, restarted the torrent, changed bandwidth settings, even tried Chrysalis. Nothing works correctly.

Again, I am sure of my internet speed because I downloaded Chrysalis in 2 seconds.

DAMN IT!

I LOVE RocketDock! I have my desktop icons disabled, a Mac Space background, a Mac OS X theme, gray taskbar, small taskbar icons, and autohide taskbar, just so it looks like a mac and performs like a PC!

But, thank you for taking the time to read my problem and providing me with information.

Do you know how RocketDock interferes? Is it the network, or just overall performance?
