Guest Steven Posted August 5, 2012 Report Share Posted August 5, 2012 Simple problem, I set a torrent's upload limit to lets say 5kbps but bittorrent isn't stopping it from seeding higher than that. Im trying to seed specific torrents so I have one downloading I wanted to limit to 5 but bittorrent isn't limiting it. Is there something else I have to do?
