Guest Pestolazzi
Hi all,As I understand it, the process of seeding requires you to open the .torrent file from your torrent client after you downloaded it. First I have a small question:If my "seeding" bar in the "torrents" bar displays some torrent, does it mean I managed to successfully seed it?And secondly, if I want to seed a file F, both the .torrent file for f and F itself have to be located in my download directory, right? But what if I wish to place F in some other directory, say "My Music"? Then I can't seed it at all?thanks
Harold Feit
If the torrent's status is "Seeding" it is seeding. In order to move files around and keep seeding, you need to tell BitTorrent that you've moved the files using the "Set Download Location" right-click option. Guest Pestolazzi
Yeah, but what I want to do is preserve the download location while moving files around. And of course I want to sort files to different directories, e.g. music files to My Music, vids to My Videos, and so on.Don't you guys do it yourselves? Or do you keep all your downloaded files in one directory?

I said specifically what you need to do.
