sv504
I just upgraded to BitTorrent 7.6.1 (build 27529). I often want to download outside of my scheduled hours, so I "Force start". Status switches to "downloading", but after a few seconds changes to "stopped". A second "Force start" does the job. I didn't have this problem with previous versions. Bug? sv504
Yes. Does that explain things?
Harold Feit
Completely. There will be a fix for the issue in future builds. You don't actually need to force the start though.
sv504
You don't actually need to force the start though.I don't? I have my scheduler set for downloads at night, and "turn off" during the day. If I don't force start it will remain queued till midnight. (But maybe you mean that a scheduled or normal download should start automatically?)Thanks for the reply,Steven
Harold Feit
If the torrent is queued, it will start normally when the scheduler is set to download.Force starting causes problems, including but not limited to breaking connection limits.
