Problem downloading have red arrows but only 1 torrent

I am trying to download "The Bill" season 19 2003 January. from thebox

When I click to download I get an instant red arrow and the error message under Trackers is "Failure Access ...

I tried to download "The Bill season19 2003 February. and get the same error message.

All other downloads I try work without problem.

I went to a friends home and logged into thebox on his pc using my username and password and the download for The Bill started without any problems.

Can abnyone explain why it wont download on my pc at home or on my notebook at home either.

And What can I do to stop this problem please.

This indicates an issue that is tracker specific. You would need to contact thebox for support on that. (The "Failure" word at the start is what tells us it's not in BitTorrent)

I found out that thebox doesn't support any version of bittorrent.

When I installed utorrent it all downloads with no problem
