How can I favor 1 tracker over another with RSS Downloader?

I have several RSS Feeds from different site (public, private, etc.) that I monitor for TV shows. I would like to be able to favor 1 RSS Feed over another when the same show is published. Is there a way to set an order to the feeds that bit torrent searches and use the minimum interval to not down load the same thing from several places? I want to keep my ratios on the private sites.

If two of the same favorites within the RSS Downloader are they handled in order (first is searched then second)?

Also is the quality setting an AND or and OR if multiple qualities are selected?
