File stopped downloading after shuting down the computer

Hi,

I accidently shut down my laptop while I was downloading a file, when i turn it back on my downloading just stopped despite that under the status was writing downloading. Left from the file name is an icon(white down arrow in a orange square). Under the peer, seeders and ratio bar writes number 0. I would really appreciate you help.

Everything is under control i just changed maximum download and upload rate and it started downloading, Thank you for reporting back to me.
