How do I upload a new torrent?

Help !

All seems to be going well, except for the fact that my newly created torrent seems to be seeding into a void.

The Bittorrent manual is not helping out, since I'm not much of a torrent god. The terminology used is........"Do what now?"

The box in which web seeds are (not) listed is/remains empty when I create a new Torrent.

How, and which web seeds command lines am I supposed to fill in.

Once the .torrent file is created, you need to:

1> Seed it

2> Supply it to a torrent index.
