I Can't Download Torrents

Well i just got a new computer .. and i downloaded NBA 2K13 Normally , after 1-2 weeks i wanted to download some other torrents from pirate bay and it showed me the torrent contents here's the pic ...... i waited and waited and nothing showed up , i tried uTorrent and it was the same ... whats is the problem ?
