RPH Posted February 6, 2013 Report Share Posted February 6, 2013 Hi, I have been trying to download some torrents recently & I have noticed that the speeds are extremely slow. I can only download at night as it seems my ISP blocks the downloads during the day. What I am trying to figure out is what is causing them to download so slowly. I have a capped internet plan so it is almost impossible for me to seed the few torrents that I download which I think has resulted in a bad share ratio (currently 0.037). However could it be the torrents health that is causing the slow download (9 of 11 seeds / +- 9 availability). Or else is it my ISP.
