arabianmagicat Posted June 28, 2013 Report Posted June 28, 2013 So, I just moved to my new apartment and set up my router - however, when I try to download music from whatcd.com, bittorrent just says "Finding peers" and won't download - Please, how can I fix this?
spamcatcher Posted June 28, 2013 Report Posted June 28, 2013 Have you checked your trackers to see if they are online and detecting peers? You would do this by, if you don't already know, by selecting "Show Detailed Info" option in the "Options" menu and then going to the "trackers" tab and checking for seeds, peers, and downloads numbers. Also check if trackers are online and not timed out.
spamcatcher Posted June 28, 2013 Report Posted June 28, 2013 One more thing, If the numbers are all zeros, then you'll need another source. Go on any search engine on any browser and type in the name of your song or album and then type the word "torrent" after it and see what comes up.You may still get what you want, but from another source. Be mindful of the number of MBs or GBs in the download. The bigger the file the longer the DL.
