I changed the port in my preferences, now download speed crippled

Hi, some webpage told me that port forwarding would make my bittorrent download faster, so i port forwarded 6881 TCP and then switch my bittorrent to download from that in preferences. My download speed used to be around 400 kb/s (I was only downloading 1 file). But now is at around 50 and it looks like i have way less seeds now

Switch it back to what it was and port forward that port instead.
