Invisible/non-Existant Torrents?

So I get an error message whenever I try to add a torrent to my torrent list. I've done some googling, but no one seems to have fixing my issues. I've checked the labels tag, and tried opening it multiple times by clicking the arrow. I've tried added them manually and many other things. Thanks for your help in advance.
