rdm778 Posted February 1, 2016 Report Share Posted February 1, 2016 Ok guys, I am brand new to downloading. So I know practically nothing. I am having trouble downloading something. I almost completely downloads, then Bam! the green bar turns red and It says Error: The process can not access the file because it is being used by another process It has done that with two different downloads of the same thing.
