bittorent stuck at finding peers

hi ,

we have 3 computers at home,

mine cant run bittorent properly , meaning that it gets stucked on "finding peers 0.0%"

the 2 other computers work properly with bittorrent ,

i use the same directories on each computer ( C:\users\smith\downlods )

the problem appeared after i wiped out all the files in the directory ,

i uninstalled / reinstalled bittorent , shutdown and restarted computer ,

using ctrlG and test gives same answer on the 3 computers ,

i read the similar questions on forum , the common answer is that the issue is on the torrent , but of course i can download the file on the 2 other computers , but not mine 

dont know what to do anymore , if someone can help ?

What tracker status do you have on the trackers tab for the offending torrents?

statut : Recherche de pairs 0.0% ( its in french )

of course i tried suspend stop start etc....

i tried with this popular torrent : [Kaerizaki-Fansub] One Piece 773 VOSTFR HD (1280x720).mp4.torrent

That's not what I asked for. I asked for the trackers tab, not the status column in the upper panel.

i hope i give the good information :

i click first on the torrent in the upper panel 

then on the pannel below there is a 'trackers' i click this

and its written : http//....../announce  and statut : HTTP ERROR 409

You'd need to contact the specific site for support with that.

Especially if torrents from http://www.slackware.com/getslack/torrents.php work properly.

the torrent slaxkware worked , ,

i went to the site who gave torrent they gave me a clue and it works now( dont know why it ran suddenly out of order )
