Downloading speed horrendous

Hi everyone,

When i first downloaded BitTorrent, the speed in which my torrents dowloaded was really good. Now for the past 3 days, the download rate won't get passed 20.0kb/s (used to run at 2.0mb/s). I have been looking for solutions for a while and have found nothing. By the way i am on Mac.

I have attached pictures of my speed test and a screenshot of an example where my dowload speed is lacking a lot.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

British Telecom is known to throttle torrenting.

That means there's a high probability that your internet provider is slowing down your torrenting and there's nothing we can do about it.

Damn well thanks for letting me know, i can stop trying to fix it now.

For everyone who has the same problem as me, i find that having a 2 day gap between your torrenting bumps the speed back up.
