gmin Posted May 30, 2011 Report Share Posted May 30, 2011 Downloads are being shut down with the error message-"The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file".I have reloaded torrents fresh from the originating source from different sites and when it hits BitTorrent, it fails. Does anyone have an answer to this problem. Right now, I can download "NOTHING", absolutely NOTHING. This problem just started 2 weeks ago. I have reloading software, virus sweeps, almost everything.
