rm8134859 Posted September 1, 2015 Report Share Posted September 1, 2015 When I try to torrent something it starts out at about 45 kb/s and increases up to about 200 kb/s and begins to drop until my download stops all together. My download speed is about 83 Mb/s yet Bittorent wont download any 0.2 kb/s. There's no limit on my download speed in the settings.
